When Amy, a former Oil of Olay skin-care research and development scientist, began growing lavender at Onederings Lavender Farm, she fell in love with the beautiful fragrance surrounding her as she worked in the fields. She wanted to capture that fragrance in an exceptional lotion.
Recreating the fragrance of lavender growing in the fields proved more challenging than she expected. Drawing on her scientific background and fragrance expertise, Amy devoted considerable time to developing the distinctive lavender essential oil blend that has become a signature of Onederings.
Drawing on her years of skin-care formulation experience, she created a lotion for herself and for the hardworking hands of those tending the lavender fields.
Combining her signature lavender essential oil blend with carefully selected ingredients, including shea butter, meadowfoam oil, olive oil, aloe, allantoin, and Vitamin E, Amy developed a lotion that richly moisturizes and softens skin while absorbing beautifully, leaving a feather-light feel without greasiness.
Originally created for hardworking hands, it quickly became an everyday favorite for moisturizing skin all over the body.

Initially bought at Cincinnati farmers market and had to reorder online from Indiana. The fragrance is so amazing and the moisturizing effect is great. Have used it to remove make up and mascara and even applied to my face. Mostly used for dry areas on my skin with great results. All my visitors love it and keep a bottle in my guest bathroom. My dog actually loves this lotion too and holds my arm down to smell it!
